People......come on

"I seen an ad on tv from a company claiming that they need homes to put there windows in to prove the energy savings of 40% is accurate. They state they will replace your windows and compensate you for the use of your home.

I contacted them. Made an appointment. They sent a salesman. He was not aware of the replacement and compensation program. He tried to force me to make an on the spot decision to pay them $10,733. right then. Or if I waited the windows would be over $14,000.

I have videotaped the ad that they ran on Channel 5 that I saw. I have also transcripted word for word the coive over announcer statements.

I believe this is false advertising and is fraud. I would like to sue them for performance to do exactly what the ad sasys. If that is not possible then I would like to sue them for the cost to replace the windows. I have thought about going to small claims court to take them on myself, but though I would try the professional attorney route first."
